Terms of delivery

Sushi Panda Oy 2708914-8 (hereinafter the online store) sells products to individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The prices of the products include value added tax (14%).

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the homepage by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is given at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

Payment

Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. Payment is made via Bambora's online service, and the account statement and invoice show Bambora or Paybyway Oy as the payee. Bambora forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.

The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Payment methods

Mobile payment

 You can pay with Mobile payment implemented by Arvo Mobile Oy. Purchases made with mobile payment are charged on a phone bill and can be found in the breakdown under payment services. If the payment cannot be charged, contact your operator or Arvo mobile Oy's customer service. Phone: 040 4553355 or email info@arvomobile.fi (Monthly purchase limit for mobile payment is 150 euros)

PayForm

through the service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankki, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard - cards, and Jousto and Mash.

MobilePay

You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payment in online stores in the application's settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card attached to the wallet. If charging the payment from the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Elasticity

You can pay with Jousto Invoice or Partial Payment in more than 4,000 Finnish online stores. With an invoice you get 14 days' payment time (invoicing fee 4.90 eur) and with Installment payment max. 12 months payment period (invoicing fee 4.90 eur and monthly interest 2.42 %). Mash

With Mash Invoice, you get the products you ordered before paying and 14 days interest-free payment period. You can also conveniently change the invoice to an installment payment if you wish. When paying with Mash Installments, you can choose the payment period that suits you (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months) and you will receive the products you ordered before paying. You can also pay the entire amount at any time without additional costs. Customers over the age of 20 who live in Finland can choose Mash Invoice or Partial Payment as a payment method. The payment method is possible for purchases of 10–2000 euros. The installment is invoiced every 30 days, and for example, the effective annual interest rate for a purchase worth 2,000 euros is 14.9 % with a payment period of 24 months (incl. interest, billing surcharge and opening fee). Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj

has the right to check the credit and address information of a customer paying by Mash Invoice or Installment and grant or deny credit based on them. Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financial company operating since 2007.

Delivery

Orders are delivered the same day, unless another day is requested. The delivery time is usually 60-90 min. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method. You can see the shipping costs in the checkout function of the online store before the final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to turn off the delivery service.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay.

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in the original packaging and in a salable condition. If you want to return or exchange products, first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number with the return for a possible refund.

Order cancellation, error liability and complaints

Before the order is delivered, the order can be canceled with a written notification by e-mail. The online store has statutory error liability for the products sold.

In cases of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
