Sacramento and London are our most popular hot sushis, and no wonder! Sacramento (no. 45) includes e.g. king crab tail and avocado, London (no. 42) on the other hand, e.g. salmon and snow crab. These fit well as part of a larger assortment by combining cold and warm portions of different sizes in the set. In general, the recommended amount is 8-12 maki per eater.
